Yoga Essentials 4 Week Class Series
Mondays in January 2025 6-7pm
Learn the foundational yoga philosophy that’s embedded in the movement practice and supports your life off your mat. Understand and experience the powerful calming effects of breath-work. Feel how the use of blocks and straps enhance your practice.
Advanced Flow 4 Week Class Series
Mondays in March 2025 6-7pm
In week one you’ll learn the foundational flow sequence. Each of the following three weeks will progressively build on the skills established in week one. With a fun and supportive approach, the classes weave together yoga philosophy, creative asana, breath-work and meditation.
Flow Yoga Teacher Training
April 5, 6, & 12, 13, 2025
Advance your skills as a movement expert and inspire your teaching with this flow yoga teacher training lead by award winning yoga instructor, Marsha Jaworski.
